We are seeking a full time, highly skilled Home Economics Teacher to join our College in term 3, 2019. This is a great opportunity for a teacher seeking a short-term contract to support our College by providing consistency and continuity in teaching due to long service leave. 

About the role:

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team will have the opportunity to deliver curriculum in Home Economics. 


What we are seeking:

  • A dedicated passionate Home Economics Teacher.
  • Ability to teach upper school (year 9-12) Foods curriculum.
  • Ability to teach Children Family and Community Curriculum, general year 11.
  • The willingness and adaptability to apply new technologies and innovations to enhance student learning.
  • Ability to participate effectively and collaboratively within the current team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to a fast-paced working environment.
  • An awareness and appreciation for the Catholic ethos of the College

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Current first aid certificate.
