Sacred Heart Netball Club fields teams in the Winter and Spring competitions at Wanneroo Districts Netball Association (WDNA). Games are played at Kingsway Sports Grounds on a Saturday (Winter) or Wednesday night (Spring). The Winter season runs in Terms 2 and 3 and the Spring season runs during Term 4.

The Club focuses on girls having fun, building friendships, inclusivity and getting some exercise. We do not grade teams and the players usually arrange their own teams which they submit to us. However, in Year 7 and for new students to the school, we will work with the players to arrange suitable teams for them.



Note: Currently the link is only for registrations for players who expect to play on Saturdays.

Registrations will close on Sunday 7 March 2021 (Please register ASAP so we can reserve slots for our teams with WDNA). This year, reigistrations will be via My Netball. Click HERE to start.

  • If registering a returning member, please have each of your player/s MyNetball ID login and password ready. Please remember to check all your information is correct, including your class for 2021. Look HERE if you need to find your ID and password details (or you can look via the registration page too).
  • If you are a registering for the first time you will need to create each player a MyNetball profile. Use the registration link HERE and in the Login page, Click on the “Continue” button under the “Don’t have a login ID” section towards the bottom of the page.

  • If your child is not part of a team yet, you are welcome to register individually and send an email (as above) with school year etc.. and the committee will help with team allocation. Note, for older players, inclusion to teams is at the discretion of the Coach and Manager.
  • Please pay online at the same time as you register in MyNetball. Note there will be a credit card fee. Who can play?

Please note that ONLY SACRED HEART STUDENTS can play in Sacred Heart Netball teams. This is a requirement set by the school and a condition of using the Sacred Heart name.


WDNA are trying to extend the competitions to Boys and Mixed Netball teams (12 to 18 yrs), with Friday night fixtures (TBC). If your child is interested in either of these competitions, please email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
For Boys teams, WDNA are looking at putting the teams together.
Mixed teams are expected to be formed within the SHC Netball Club (with each team having a minimum of 2 boys). Mixed teams will play in Age categories of 15 and Under and 18 and Under at 6:30 PM on Friday evenings at the Kingsway Netball courts.

  • Fees for Mixed players (already registered via SHC Netball Club) is $25 extra (i.e. to play Fridays and Saturdays).
  • Fees for Mixed players (unregistered for the SHC Netball Club) is $164. (i.e. only to play Fridays in Mixed teams)
    Once we know the numbers interested in Boys and Mixed Netball, we can update the club registration page.

The Uniform Shop will do fittings/orders for netball dresses on the following dates only:

  • Monday 22 February: Recess and lunch only
  • Wednesday 24 February: 8am - 4.30pm


  • Please order dresses ASAP as they are not held in stock and there is a significant lead time. 
  • Note there are limited second hand uniforms available. If you have a uniform to sell, please return it to the uniform shop ASAP. Any specific queries regarding the uniform should be directed to the uniform shop.
  • Black boy leg shorts are to be worn underneath the dress.
  • Standard school socks are part of the netball uniform.


  • On Thursday 4 March, 3.30pm to 4.30pm, Year 7 team allocation will be held after school on the outside netball courts. It is during this session that the committee will view the players and the teams, and be able to assess which grade level (high, medum, low) to recommend to WDNA.
  • Please ensure the girls have a water bottle, especially if it is hot.
  • Year 7’s can submit a full or partial team registration but must still attend the team allocation day for their team to be graded. All other players will be allocated to a team based on a round robin of games played on this day.

(Note, WDNA have the final say in placing teams, but for the Winter season the first five games are grading games and Managers can ask Sharon Lund or Mairi McGregor to be re-graded before the 5th game).


Coaches and Managers

All teams must register with at least one adult as coach or manager who is willing to act as a team contact and is available on Saturdays (and Friday evenings if Mixed or Boys games) to be at matches.

You will be able to nominate as Coach or Manager during the registration process, or once teams have been confirmed. Note that normally we have some senior students and past students who would like to coach the younger teams. Please advise Mairi at This email address is being protected from spambots. WDNA have advised that Umpires will be provided for our games this winter season, so teams don’t need to find an umpire.
