Sacred Heart’s Year 11 Contemporary Rock Band was chosen to perform at the 200 years of Catholic Education celebration on Sunday 21 February at the Perth Convention Centre. This event was also a celebration for Catholic Education Western Australia, as we celebrate 50 Years Together.
The Year 11s performed the 200 years commemorative song “Faith In The Future” (words and music by Fr Rob Galea and Luke Batterbury) for all principals of Western Australian Catholic Schools. Our students were outstanding and were very well received by all principals. The Year 11s then continued to entertain the celebrating party with other songs.
Congratulations to our students for their great work and for the professional way they represented our College at such a great occasion.
